Learn about this dynamic IAS officer, Srushti Deskmukh

Srushti started to get ready for her UPSC examination in her 3rd year as a student in engineering. When she graduated in engineering, she was unsure if it was the best choice for her. Later, she realized her passion was in civil service and began to concentrate on the field. Parents insisted that she study for civil services and pursue a career serving the public. Her motivation never waned, and remained focused solely in her pursuit to become an IAS. Achieving UPSC takes more work. She also prepared for UPSC tests while she was doing her engineering studies. Every day, she set aside time for exam preparation. Within just one and a half months, she passed her engineering examinations, and stayed away from all social interactions. Her focus is crucial to be able to pass the test to get a government job, and work within the civil service. She was extremely focused on passing this exam and put in a lot of deal of effort. Her daily routine included reading newspapers to keep informed of the most recent news. Rajya Sabha TV, online sources and various study tools helped her.
